REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Accommodation can be booked/reserved in advance for a certain length of time on advance payment of the total tariff applicable to a particular category of accommodation.
In the event of the guest seeking cancellation of the reservation, the following refund policy will be applicable:
(a) If intimation for cancellation received 36 hours in advance, full refund will be paid.
(b) If intimation for cancellation received between 36 hours to12 hours in advance, 50% of the tariff paid will be refunded.
(c) If intimation for cancellation received less than 12 hours in advance, no refund will be paid.
